So the other day, H1 is riding home in the car with our neighbor. The 1sy grader is asking about First Reconciliation and my neighbor asked H1 to explain it, since she just went through it...
H1 readily explains it like this -
"So you see, L, imagine that you write all the things that you do wrong up on the board. Like, not listening, hurting people's feelings, stuff like that... then you have to go into a room with the priest all by YOURSELF* and then you tell the priest everything. Then it's like magic, Jesus erases the whole board so it is clean...
.......Then you get to fill it up again."
