Still wondering whose kids these are -
today they fought so bad, I said we are not going to the aquatic center - then said if they can show me they can behave the next few hours we will go to a little Mpls pool after H3's nap.
I find them in the back yard ripping up the cool tresure chest pinata (that didn't get totally wrecked at Hunter's party and we were having a great time playing treasure hunt yesterday with) torn up in shreds in the pool. Then H1 threw in H2's brand new cars alarm clock in the pool?!?!?!?!?!?
What the heck?!?!?!?!
So now we can't go to the Mpls pool. I WANT TO GO!!! I am all packed, I have food made, towels, 1st aid, everything! Grrr - this is punishment for me too!
But I know they need to know I do not make idle threats.
Right now they are working on a poster of things that they can do outside that are constructive.....

Man can I relate with the fighting. But I will say that as time goes by its getting better. Remember the kids aren't used to this much time together, just as much as we aren't used to being the sole entertainer 24/7. Also I can relate to wishing for full time work. I told the kids the first week I was ready to go get a job and put them in camp. Hopefully things will chill out for you all!
